Daisy Birthing's® unique and all embracing antenatal movement and education programme will soon be available to mums throughout the SG postcode areas.  Just last month we announced the arrival of Teresa who will be bringing sessions to mums to be in areas such as Knebworth, Letchworth Garden City and Royston.  Hot on her heels is our new mum (and I mean new mum, enrolling on training this week whilst also celebrating just 4 weeks of being a new mum!) Rebecca. 

Rebecca feels so inspired by her own birth journey and her own search for a cost effective and inclusive education programme which combines movement with relaxation for labour,  that she will be launching Daisy Birthing relaxed active birth, throughout the Welwyn Garden, Stevenage and Ware from August 2011.  Watch this space for further details coming soon .....

Cardiff Pregnancy Classes are on the way!

We're so excited to announce the arrival of our first Welsh teacher, Jude, who will be launching our unique approach to birth preparation and antenatal education in West Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan (Wales).  We can't wait to show the locals our all inclusive and totally accessible programme which combines more traditional active birth techniques, with new micro movements aimed to build birth muscle memory, helping positive movements play out as 2nd nature on d-day!  In addition we know they'll enjoy our birth breathing, metaphoric practise contractions and hypnosis inspired relaxations! 

Jude's classes will launch in August 2011 and will be open to any mum to be from 14 weeks gestation through to 34 weeks!  If you would like to pre register, do drop head office a line and we will pass your details on to Jude.  She is already taking bookings (31st May 2011) so these initial spaces will fill fast!

Daisy Birthing® arrives in Huntingdon and St Ives

We are delighted to announce that following her success both in terms of number of mums attending our unique Intuitive and active birthing classes and also in terms of the wonderful birth outcomes she is achieving in Northants and Corby, our lovely teacher Steph will now be introducing Daisy Birthing® sessions to mums in the Huntingdon and St Ives area.  Of course mums can enjoy full continuity through our unique 4th Trimester baby bonding sessions too.  Full details can be found under the SEARCH FOR A CLASS section.  Way to go Steph!  We know your mums love you and our wonderful birth preparation and baby bonding programme!

Classes on the South Coast

We are delighted to announce that we will soon have a Daisy Birthing ®  teacher running our lovely antenatal classes in Portsmouth.  Our unique movement based pregnancy classes are all about intuitive birthing and as such we have a fabulously intuitive teacher (and former Daisy Birther) bringing these unique sessions your way.  To pre register (courses will begin in Summer 2011).

Mums2Be in Northwich, Frodsham & Tarporley

Classes come to the Herts / Beds border!

We are delighted to confirm Emma will be joining our April training intake, preparing to bring Daisy Birthing® unique relaxed active birth format to mums living around the Leighton Buzzard and Aylesbury areas.  Emma has had an extremely poignant birth journey of her own, so has so much to offer and can't wait to train.  Classes will be available from June/July 2011

Finally Bury St Edmunds classes are here!

We are so pleased to be able to welcome local Bury St Edmunds mum Carly, who will be bringing Daisy Birthing® Active Birth and Pregnancy movement classes to mums in the Bury area from June 2011.  For months our Bury mums have supported Daisy Birthing® by travelling to Ipswich for our unique birth education, which combines the best of movement, breathing and hypnosis!  We are delighted to be able to bring classes to them now and will also have further West Suffolk birthing locations opening alongside Carly, courtesy of fellow mentor (and friend) Karen.

Antenatal Classes in North Cornwall

Tracey's North Cornwall classes are about to begin!    Our popular weekly antenatal classes and birth preparation, Daisy Birthing®, will run from 6th December 7.30pm at Hustyns (Postcode PL27 7LG).  These sessions are ideal for mums from 14 weeks pregnancy right through to 40 weeks, and remember classes are about accessibility for all;  whether you are planning a hospital or home birth, dream about a calming water birth, or know you will need medical assistance, sessions can give you tools to help your journey feel positive, confident and uplifting! 

Some mums-to-be love the relaxation and come along just for that, others find the movement (inspired by active birth) is vital for aiding pregnancy ailments like heart burn and back ache, some need birth confidence and want to understand the physiology of birth and how gravity can help ....... all benefit from the calming focus the breathing, rhythm and repeated sequences bring and of course the birthing muscle memory they build.
