Cardiff Pregnancy Classes are on the way!

We're so excited to announce the arrival of our first Welsh teacher, Jude, who will be launching our unique approach to birth preparation and antenatal education in West Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan (Wales).  We can't wait to show the locals our all inclusive and totally accessible programme which combines more traditional active birth techniques, with new micro movements aimed to build birth muscle memory, helping positive movements play out as 2nd nature on d-day!  In addition we know they'll enjoy our birth breathing, metaphoric practise contractions and hypnosis inspired relaxations! 

Jude's classes will launch in August 2011 and will be open to any mum to be from 14 weeks gestation through to 34 weeks!  If you would like to pre register, do drop head office a line and we will pass your details on to Jude.  She is already taking bookings (31st May 2011) so these initial spaces will fill fast!
