Sian, our expectant mummy (baby is due any day) is so keen to promote confident birthing in Conwy, Wales, she is even missing a family wedding to attend the training!  With our relaxed active birth classes appearing in Cardiff in August with birthing mentor Jude, we are delighted to be able to take them further north.  We know our unique approach to active birth education is something in great demand.  Remember this antenatal programme is one of the only programmes out there to literally wire our birth movements into your birthing brain -easy to understand, mummy-friendly antenatal education whilst you enjoy gentle pregnancy movement and relaxation.  What could be better!
