Antenatal Classes in North Cornwall

Tracey's North Cornwall classes are about to begin!    Our popular weekly antenatal classes and birth preparation, Daisy Birthing®, will run from 6th December 7.30pm at Hustyns (Postcode PL27 7LG).  These sessions are ideal for mums from 14 weeks pregnancy right through to 40 weeks, and remember classes are about accessibility for all;  whether you are planning a hospital or home birth, dream about a calming water birth, or know you will need medical assistance, sessions can give you tools to help your journey feel positive, confident and uplifting! 

Some mums-to-be love the relaxation and come along just for that, others find the movement (inspired by active birth) is vital for aiding pregnancy ailments like heart burn and back ache, some need birth confidence and want to understand the physiology of birth and how gravity can help ....... all benefit from the calming focus the breathing, rhythm and repeated sequences bring and of course the birthing muscle memory they build.
