Daisy Birthing® Antenatal Classes Exeter

Mums-to-be living in Exeter will soon be able to access our wonderful weekly birth preparation and antenatal class programme based around 'relaxed active birth preparation' with mum of five, yes five, Janette who herself lives in central Exeter.  Janette is a teacher by day but passionate about birth too, thanks of course to her own experiences, and is the ideal mentor to bring alive our antenatal education and birth preparation classes  to local mums-to-be.  Janette has had her fifth baby very recently and so will be undertaking her antenatal teacher training with a tiny one at home, so we really admire her dedication (much like our mentors Rebecca in Stevenage & Ware and Sian in Conwy!)Antenatal and birth preparation classes will begin in Exeter on 3rd December (Saturday 2.30pm) at SMP Pilates Studio, Darts Farm Village, Topsham, EX3 0QH.  They are ideal for mums at week 14 of their pregnancy right through to week 40 of their pregnancy (and then beyond with tiny baby classes too).  Further weekly antenatal classes will be timetabled soon, along with birth workshops for couples.

As if this didn't keep her busy enough, Janette is also organising Baby & Childrens markets throughout Exeter and looks forward to meeting mums and mums-to-be at these events and telling them more about our antenatal and active birthing classes and how they can help them enjoy pregnancy and birth (remembering of course that we are approved by FEDANT, too!)

We are so pleased to be extending the Daisy Birthing® antenatal class provision in Devon (Janette is of course joining us hot on the heels of Kate from Glow Maternity, who will be running classes in the Barnstaple area).
