Active Birthing and Birth Preparation in Durham

Welcome to Daisy Birthing 'relaxed active' birth preparation for mums-to-be living in Durham and the surrounding area.  Teacher Vicky has been leading Daisy Birthing birth education classes to mums to be across Durham, Chester-Le-Street and Shiney Row since January 2011, and mums are loving this gentle approach to birth preparation.   Vicky is a mum of one herself and passionate about building birth confidence through empowering education.  However, she also believes this support should take place through more than just the antenatal class period and as such also runs Daisy Baby sessions (baby bonding activities).

Vicky's antenatal classes are suitable for mums from 14 weeks gestation, whether you are planning an active birth or not, and are a really great way to relax, bond with bump and learn techniques to make you feel more confident as you prepare for birth.
