"Despite a 52hour labour the only methods of pain relief I used was the birthing pool, Gas and Air for 3 hours and positive thinking, something that I'm very proud of as I thought I was going to be a total nightmare and a wimp!  After just 6 hours of having Mason I was at home eating beans on toast… something that people don’t believe when I tell them."
